Le Co-solvant Resolver permet le comptage particulaire selon la norme IP 630-24 Procédure C : cf ci-dessous extrait de la norme IP 630-24.

« 10.3 Procedure C

10.3.1 The test portion shall be prepared immediately prior to testing.

10.3.2 Prepare the test portion by tumbling the sample container and its contents end over end for 60 revolutions with a frequency of approximately 1 revolution per second either manually or using an automated tumbler.

10.3.3 Using a clean measuring cylinder, which has been rinsed three times with the sample, measure 200 ml of sample into a clean 250 ml glass test portion container which has been previously rinsed three times with sample. Volumes shall be measured to an accuracy of ±2% of the required volume or better.

10.3.4 Empty the contents of the 10 ml vial of co-solvent 2 into the 250 ml glass test portion container and fit a clean cap.
